Frequently asked questions
How do you calculate the cost of a meeting?
Each attendee's salary is converted to an hourly cost (÷ 2,080), multiplied by meeting length and headcount for the per-meeting cost, then × frequency × 52 for the annual cost.
How does the timezone overlap finder work?
Each region is assumed to work 9:00–17:00 local; we convert those windows to UTC and intersect them. It ignores daylight-saving, so treat it as directional.
Is my data sent anywhere?
